Terms and Conditions
  1. Members placing online orders for tickets to Evolution Nic Live – Chengdu Station are limited to a maximum of 1 ticket bundle (whether a single ticket or a bundle of two tickets), and may only purchase for one show date.
  2. Once tickets are ordered through 0 e:ffect, no changes, cancellations, returns, or refunds are accepted. All fees paid are non-refundable. Sufficient credit limit must be available at the time of payment; otherwise, the transaction will be void. Tickets are strictly prohibited from being resold in any form, and 0 e:ffect reserves the right to split seats (including allocating seats in odd numbers).
  3. EGG DOLLAR are not applicable to the purchase of this ticket bundle.
  4. Ticket bundle payment is locked for 10 minutes. Late payments will be invalid. Orders not completed on time will be automatically cancelled with an HKD 80 fee, and any payment received after timeout will be refunded but the fee is non-refundable.
  5. For the best ticket purchasing experience, it is recommended to use Google Chrome or Safari. Using other browsers may affect the normal functioning of certain features.
  6. This event is organized by Emperor Entertainment (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd., Fengjing Cultural Media Dongtai Co., Ltd., and Chengdu Yidian Ogilvy Culture Communication Co., Ltd. (collectively, the "Organizers"). All information and services are provided directly by the Organizers. 0 e:ffect assumes no responsibility or liability for the event.
  7. Each ticket admits one person only. Valid tickets must be presented for entry.
  8. E-tickets are provided by Beijing Damai Cultural Media Development Co., Ltd. (the "Ticketing Operator"). Seat queue numbers will be assigned by the Ticketing Operator based on system allocation, and ticket collection instructions will be sent via SMS before the event. For seated areas, this event is assigned seating; members must accept the allocated seats and may not dispute the arrangement.
  9. This ticket purchase is subject to member real-name registration. Members must ensure that the name, email address, ID document number, and phone number provided at the time of purchase are accurate and complete. Members are required to respect the arrangements and policies set by the Organizers. In the event of serious violation of relevant policies, 0 e:ffect reserves the right to cancel the offending member's membership and ticket order without compensation.
  10. Real-Name Registration Policy: Add attendee details in Member Profile > Attendee Info before purchase. The primary ticket registrant must be the account holder. The name provided must exactly match the ID document of the attendee.
  11. Members must provide a valid mainland China mobile number to receive the e-ticket QR code from the Ticketing Operator. If a member registered with a Hong Kong mobile number, they must retrieve the e-ticket QR code via the Ticketing Operator's app on their own. Tickets are invalid after the expiration date.
  12. Once registration information is submitted, no changes are accepted. Under exceptional circumstances where changes are necessary, each member account may modify attendee information up to 4 times, with a HKD 1,000 administrative fee per modification. No further changes will be accepted after the 4th modification.
  13. Tickets are only valid for the specified date, time, zone, and seat (if applicable) printed on the e-ticket.
  14. If the e-ticket cannot be issued due to incorrect information provided by the member, 0 e:ffect and/or the Ticketing Operator will not reissue or replace the ticket and assume no responsibility. Members must contact the Ticketing Operator directly for resolution.
  15. If the concert is canceled or postponed, the Organizers are responsible for arranging the event and reserve the right to reschedule. 0 e:ffect assumes no responsibility or compensation in such cases. If the Organizers and/or Ticketing Operator announce any refund arrangements, members must contact them directly.
  16. The Organizers reserve the right to change the event program without prior notice.
  17. In case of any disputes arising from this ticket purchase, 0 e:ffect reserves the right of final decision.
  18. Please read all terms and conditions carefully. Members are responsible for understanding these terms and conditions, as well as any associated risks, obligations, and liabilities. By purchasing/using tickets and/or entering the venue, members agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  19. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region ("Hong Kong").
