Terms and Conditions
  1. Members placing online orders for tickets to 周國賢 Disconnect to… Reconnect Unplugged Live are limited to a maximum of 1 ticket bundle.
  2. Once tickets are ordered through 0 e:ffect, no changes, cancellations, returns, or refunds are accepted. All fees paid are non-refundable. Sufficient credit limit must be available at the time of payment; otherwise, the transaction will be void. Tickets are strictly prohibited from being resold in any form, and 0 e:ffect reserves the right to split seats (including allocating seats in odd numbers).
  3. EGG DOLLAR are not applicable to the purchase of this ticket bundle.
  4. Ticket bundle payment is locked for 10 minutes. Late payments will be invalid. Orders not completed in time will be automatically cancelled with an HKD 80 refund administrative fee, and any payment received after timeout will be refunded but the administrative fee is non-refundable.
  5. For the best ticket purchasing experience, it is recommended to use Google Chrome or Safari. Using other browsers may affect the normal functioning of certain features.
  6. This event is organized by Emperor Entertainment Group (collectively, the "Organizers"). All information and services are provided directly by the Organizers. 0 e:ffect assumes no responsibility or liability for the event.
  7. Each ticket admits one person only. Valid tickets must be presented for entry.
  8. Age limit for audience: aged 12 or above.
  9. The tickets for this event are bearer tickets. Please do not publicize the QR Code redemption email and your ticket to avoid any unauthorized admission.
  10. Physical tickets are provided by KKTIX (the "Ticketing Operator").  This event is general admission and no reserved seating is available.
  11. Members must provide a valid email address to receive the electronic QR code email issued by 0 e:ffect for redeeming physical tickets. Both the QR code email and the physical tickets are invalid after expiry. An order confirmation email will be sent to your email address upon each successful purchase. The email could be undelievered to your email system due to various reasons. The confirmation email is for notification purposes only. The inability to receive the confirmation email does not equal to failure of the transaction. You can visit “Orders” to view the details of your orders. If you cannot view the related order or if you receive a cancellation notification email or If your payment method fails during the purchase, that means your transaction failed and you should try ordering again.
  12. Once registration information is submitted, no changes are accepted. Under exceptional circumstances where changes are necessary, each membership account may modify attendee information up to 4 times, with a HKD 1,000 administrative fee per modification. No further changes will be accepted after the 4th modification.
  13. Tickets are only valid for the specified date, time, zone, and seat (if applicable) printed on the ticket.
  14. If a member fails to receive the relevant notification email due to incorrect information provided at the time of purchase, 0 e:ffect and/or the Ticketing Operator will not reissue or replace tickets, nor will they assume any liability.
  15. The organizer and the management of the venue reserve the right to refuse admission to latecomers and the right to determine the time and the manner in which latercomers are to admitted.
  16. No outside food or drink is allowed at the event.
  17. The use of professional audio or video recording equipment is strictly prohibited during the event. If found, the staff has the right to delete the audio and video materials of the event immediately.
  18. Ticket holders must comply with all rules and regulations arranged by the organizer and the venue. If anyone interferes with the event, they could be rejected for entry without a refund.
  19. If the concert is canceled or postponed, the Organizers are responsible for arranging the event and reserve the right to reschedule. 0 e:ffect assumes no responsibility or compensation in such cases. If the Organizers and/or Ticketing Operator announce any refund arrangements, members must contact them directly.
  20. The Organizers reserve the right to change the event program without prior notice.
  21. In case of any disputes arising from this ticket purchase, 0 e:ffect reserves the right of final decision.
  22. Please read all terms and conditions carefully. Members are responsible for understanding these terms and conditions, as well as any associated risks, obligations, and liabilities. By purchasing/using tickets and/or entering the venue, members agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  23. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region ("Hong Kong").
